Mansehra (Balakot): Police in Balakot tehsil of Mansehra district have arrested a man accused of sexually abusing a 14-year-old boy and allegedly blackmailing him using photographs. A case has been registered at Balakot Police Station, and further investigation is underway.
Complaint Filed by the Victim’s Brother
According to police, the victim’s brother alleged in his complaint that the suspect, identified as Maskhar Ahmed, son of Shams-ul-Islam, was allegedly blackmailing his younger brother. The suspect is reported to be associated with Malal Bandi, while Naran was also mentioned in connection with his residence.
The complainant stated that when he asked his younger brother about the matter, the boy disclosed that approximately one and a half months earlier, the suspect had allegedly lured him to his house in Malal Bandi. According to the complaint, no one else was present at the house at the time.
The complainant further alleged that the suspect sexually assaulted the child against his will, took photographs, and threatened to kill him if he disclosed the incident to anyone. The suspect was also accused of subsequently using the photographs to blackmail the child.
