Islamabad: Another troubling incident has been reported on the Prime Minister Pink Bus Service, a women-only public transport service in the federal capital, involving the alleged harassment of female passengers, use of inappropriate language and an assault on a member of the bus staff. The suspects have reportedly been identified as Afghan nationals.

According to initial reports, several Afghan youths allegedly attempted to forcibly enter the Pink Bus and allegedly harassed female passengers while using inappropriate and offensive language.
Conductor Assaulted
During the journey, the bus conductor reportedly stopped the individuals from entering the bus. The suspects allegedly became aggressive and attacked the conductor, leaving him seriously injured.
Police Action
After receiving information about the incident, Islamabad Police reportedly took immediate action at the scene. The alleged suspects were taken into custody and shifted to a police station for further investigation.
