Mansehra: Anti-Encroachment Operation Intensified on Silk Road, Assistant Commissioner Reviews Progress.

MANSEHRA: The district administration has intensified its anti-encroachment drive across Mansehra to improve traffic flow and facilitate public movement, with particular focus on widening Silk Road. Acting on provincial government orders and the directives of the Deputy Commissioner Mansehra, Assistant Commissioner Sana Fatima, accompanied by the TMO Mansehra, visited Silk Road to inspect and monitor the ongoing anti-encroachment operation. During the visit, officials reviewed measures to remove encroachments along the road, illegally placed goods and other objects obstructing public passageways. According to the district administration, anti-encroachment operations are continuing across various roads, markets and commercial centres of Mansehra. The primary objective is to facilitate commuters, maintain smooth traffic flow and improve cleanliness and civic discipline in the city. The Assistant Commissioner made it clear that the operation would continue on a permanent basis and that no one would be allowed to illegally occupy government land or public passageways. Shopkeepers were also urged to cooperate with the administration and conduct their businesses within the designated limits of their shops. The administration reiterated its commitment to making Mansehra a cleaner, better-organised and encroachment-free city.
