Four Arrested Over Panchayat Case Involving Teenagers Forced to Lick Shoes.

Police say 27 people attended the gathering in Khan Garh after a video of the earlier incident went viral
Muzaffargarh: Police have arrested four people who allegedly participated in a panchayat in Muzaffargarh, Punjab, where three teenage boys were reportedly ordered to kiss another boy’s shoes.
According to BBC Urdu, Muzaffargarh police spokesperson Iftikhar Malkani said the panchayat was held in the Khan Garh area on October 21 and was attended by a total of 27 people.
Police said the gathering followed an incident on October 15, when three teenagers allegedly tied another boy with chains, assaulted him and forced him to lick shoes over a minor dispute. A video of the incident subsequently went viral on social media.
According to the police account, the panchayat then ordered the teenagers to kiss the affected boy’s shoes. Four people who allegedly attended the gathering have been arrested, while further legal proceedings and investigations are underway.
